Meals on Wheels Pasco serves as a vital lifeline, with its annual meal service growing significantly, delivering over 40,000 meals in 2022—a marked increase from 32,000 meals in 2020. 

Nationally, 53% of seniors report feeling less isolated after joining a program, and the services are crucial for independence, with 91% of participants stating Meals on Wheels helps them live comfortably in their homes. This program is also a cost-effective solution for financial and healthcare stability, particularly for those on fixed incomes. 

Critically, Meals on Wheels Pasco is proudly community-funded, relying on gifts, local grants, and fundraisers rather than government support to keep up with the soaring demand and rising food costs.
