Pickup Notification Process:
Once your registration application is accepted, we will email you with your assigned pickup day and time. Check your email every Friday and Monday for this important notification. Your email will also include a map illustrating the traffic pattern.
Please Read Carefully: To ensure we can effectively process your request and prepare for food distribution, the following eligibility criteria and deadline must be met for food assistance during the upcoming week:
Registration Deadline: To be eligible for the upcoming week’s distribution, your completed form must be submitted by Thursday at 9:00 AM. This registration form closes every Thursday at 9:00 AM and reopens Friday at 9:00 AM to allow for administrative processing. Forms submitted after the Thursday deadline, or those requiring additional follow-up, will be processed for eligibility for the following service week (the week after next).
Please Note: To receive food on your scheduled pick up day, either you or the authorized person designated on your registration form must present a valid form of Photo Identification (ID).
**To ensure we can serve as many families as possible, food distribution is strictly limited to one (1) person per household.
