Pickup & Scheduling
When are the available pickup times?
We offer two recurring weekly pickup windows, both on Tuesdays:
• Option A: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month
• Option B: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month
The time slot you select during registration becomes your recurring appointment for all future visits.
When does the weekly registration form open and close?
The registration form closes every Thursday at 9:00 AM and reopens Friday at 9:00 AM. This weekly pause allows our team the time needed to process reservations and prepare for distribution.
Forms submitted after the Thursday deadline will be scheduled for the following service week.
Can I send someone else to pick up my food?
Yes. You may send an authorized representative to pick up on your behalf. Please note that distribution is limited to one (1) pickup per household and a valid Photo ID is required at the time of pickup — either yours or your representative's.
What if I need to cancel or miss my pickup?
If you are unable to pick up your food, you MUST notify us before 9:00 AM on the day of your scheduled pickup by emailing feedingyouwithlove@gmail.com or calling (656) 232-9355.
Two consecutive missed pickups without prior notice will result in discontinued eligibility.
