Option B
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
2nd & 4th Tuesday of the Month

The time slot you select on your registration form will become your recurring appointment for all future visits.

 
 
  
Program Policies & Requirements
Weekly Registration Deadline

Our registration form closes every Thursday at 9:00 AM and reopens Friday at 9:00 AM. This weekly pause allows our team the necessary time to process reservations and prepare for distribution. Forms submitted after the Thursday deadline will be scheduled for the following service week.

Pickup Line-Up Policy

Please do not begin lining up more than 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Arriving several hours early creates significant traffic and operational challenges for our volunteers, staff, neighboring businesses, and the surrounding community. If you arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled time, you will be asked to move and return closer to your appointment. Please review our Pickup Traffic Pattern Map for more details.

Communication Policy

All pantry correspondence is conducted exclusively via email. Please provide a valid email address and keep it updated with us. Timely emails ensure you never miss an important notice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

You MUST notify us before 9:00 AM on the day of your scheduled pickup by emailing feedingyouwithlove@gmail.com or calling (656) 232-9355. Two consecutive missed pickups without notice will result in discontinued eligibility.

Identification & Household Policy

Food distribution is limited to one (1) person per household. You or your authorized representative must present a valid Photo ID at pickup.
